High Frequency (HF) longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube mill is designed to produce welded pipes of 114mm to 720mm in OD and with a maximum wall thickness of 22mm, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.
Multi-Functional Pipe Mill
The unit is most suitable for customers with more square & rectangular specifications. The stands is relatively station rollers. Roller position is adjusted through sliding on the roller shaft with special structures, so as a achieve the effect of sharing rollers.When changing production size, compared with the traditional round-to-square forming, our new technique saves at least 90% of roller input, improve production efficiency and output, and reduces labor intensity. It no longer needs a large number of manual disassembly of rollers.
