Many customers require both the production of round tubes and the use of direct square forming technology to produce square and rectangular tubes. Based on this customer demand, ZTZG has developed a multi-functional direct square forming technology.

1.When producing round pipes:

1.1 It can be made into both round and square tubes, and is compatible with the forming process of cold-formed steel.

1.2 When producing round pipes of different specifications, all the molds for the forming part are shared and can be adjusted electrically or automatically.

1.3 However, the molds for the fixed diameter part need to be replaced, and the replacement method is upward.

2.When producing square tubes:

2.1 Sharing all rollers;

2.2 Lower labor intensity;

2.3 High security;

2.4 Production is more flexible and does not require inventory;
