News: ZTZG’s New Rollers-Sharing Erw Pipe Line has commenced production

The ERW80X80X4 round-to-square without changing the mold production line produced by ZTZG for Jiangsu Guoqiang Company has officially been put into production. This is another “round-to-square without changing the mold” production line of ZTZG Company, leading China’s welded pipe equipment industry to a new level.When this unit produces round tubes, the forming section adopts the Zhongtai XZTF forming method, and the forming section does not need to change the mold. When producing square and rectangular tubes, the forming section still adopts the Zhongtai XZTF forming method, and the sizing section adopts the round-to-square process without changing the mold. The opening and closing of the mold rollers in each common section are all adjusted by motors, and the upper roller lifting is electrically adjusted, without adding or reducing roller pads or gaskets, which greatly improves production efficiency.
