Operating Procedures for Steel Tube Mill-ZTZG

I. Preparation before starting up

1, identify the specifications, thickness, and material of the steel pipes produced by the machine on duty; Determine whether it is a custom-sized pipe, whether it requires the installation of steel stamping molds, and whether there are any other special technical requirements

2, Check the lubricating oil condition of the host reducer, check whether the machine, welder, and cutting machine are operating normally, check whether the oxygen supply is normal, check whether the flow of cooling water in the factory is normal, and check whether the compressed air supply is normal

3, Material preparation: Prepare the raw materials needed for processing on the uncoiler, and collect enough consumables (magnetic rods, saw blades, etc.) for the shift;

4, Belt connection: The belt connection should be smooth, and the welding points should be fully welded. When connecting the steel strip, pay special attention to the front and back of the strip, with the back facing up and the front facing down

II. Power on

1. When starting up, first install the corresponding induction coil, adjust the current flow, check the length positioning switch, and then turn on the power switch. Observe and compare the meter, ammeter, and voltmeter to ensure they are normal. After confirming that there are no abnormalities, turn on the cooling water switch, then turn on the host switch, and then turn on the molding machine switch to start production;

2. Inspection and adjustment: After the formal start-up, a comprehensive quality inspection must be conducted on the first branch pipe, including the outer diameter, length, straightness, roundness, squareness, weld, grinding, and strain of the steel pipe. The speed, current, grinding head, mold, etc. should be adjusted in time according to the various indicators of the first branch pipe. Every 5 pipes should be inspected once, and every 2 large pipes should be inspected once;

3. During the production process, the quality of steel pipes should be checked at all times. If there are any missing welds, unclean grinding, or black line pipes, they should be placed separately and waiting for the waste management workers to collect and measure them. If the steel pipes are found to be straight, round, mechanically grooved, scratched, or crushed, they should be reported to the machine operator for immediate treatment. It is not allowed to adjust the machine without authorization;

4. During production gaps, use a hand grinder to carefully reverse grind black wire tubes and tubes that are not completely polished;

5. If any quality problem is found in the steel strip, it is not allowed to cut the strip without the permission of the machine adjustment master or production supervisor;

6. If the molding machine has a malfunction, please contact the mechanical and electrical maintenance worker for handling;

7. After each new coil of steel strip is connected, the process card attached to the coil of steel strip should be promptly handed over to the data inspection department; After producing a certain specification of steel pipe, the number inspector fills in the Production Process Card and transfers it to the flat head process.

III. Specification replacement

After receiving the notice of changing specifications, the machine should promptly retrieve the corresponding mold from the mold library and replace the original mold; Or timely adjust the position of the online mold. The replaced molds should be promptly returned to the mold library for maintenance and management by the mold management staff.

IV. Machine maintenance

1. The daily operator should ensure the cleanliness of the machine surface, and frequently wipe off the stains on the surface after stopping the machine;

2. When taking over the shift, lubricate the transmission parts of the machine and regularly and quantitatively fill the transmission with the specified grade of lubricating grease.

V. Security

1. Operators shall not wear gloves during operation. Do not wipe the machine when it is not stopped.

2. When replacing gas cylinders, be sure not to knock them down and strictly follow the operating specifications.

7. Ten minutes before the end of the workday, set the tools in place, stop the machine (day shift), wipe off the stains and dust on the surface of the machine, clean the surrounding area of the machine, and do a good job of handover
