For over two decades, China’s economy has experienced phenomenal growth. Yet, the technology within the tube mill industry, a crucial component of the broader tube manufacturing sector, has largely remained stagnant. Last June, I traveled to Wuxi, Jiangsu, to visit one of our clients. During the sweltering summer heat, I witnessed firsthand the arduous manual labor that workers were still performing in these tube mills, as you can see in the video.
This visit to Wuxi provided me with a new perspective on the challenges within tube mill equipment. I firmly believe that our workers deserve safer, more efficient, and more comfortable working conditions within their tube mill environments. Inspired by this, we accelerated our research and development efforts on “non-mold-changing” technology, aimed specifically at improving tube mill operations. What you see today is a direct result of our commitment to that vision.
