- 2004: We developed the 273mm ZTF (ZhongTai Flexible Forming)-1 pipe mill for Tianjin Zhongshun Factory, pioneering the ZTF technology in ERW tube mills within China.
- 2005: The 426mm ERW pipe mill for SUIA Fastube was a landmark achievement, marking China’s first high-grade API pipe production line. This set a new standard for quality and performance.
- 2006: We manufactured the first 200×200mm stainless steel pipe mill for Shanxi Steel Group, a specialized line dedicated to the railway rail industry.
- 2007: Our 1500mm cold roll broad steel pipe mill for Wanhui Group was the first production line for broad steel sheet pile equipment, underscoring our ability to produce specialized ERW tube making machines.
- 2015: Our computer-controlled online roll position adjustment direct square production line (compatible with round and square tubes) was successfully tested in Turkey, showcasing our advanced automation capabilities.
- 2019 & 2024: Our F80X8 round-to-square shared roller forming process equipment has been highly recognized by clients and put into use in multiple sites, including the most recent in JiangSu GuoQiang.
