High Frequency (HF) longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube mill is designed to produce welded pipes of 114mm to 720mm in OD and with a maximum wall thickness of 22mm, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.
Round-to-Square Share-Roller Tube Mill (XZTF)
Our advanced tube mill incorporates the innovative round-to-square technique, enabling customers to produce the entire range of square pipes within a specified size range using a single set of rollers. Furthermore, this versatile tube mill allows for the shared use of breakdown section rollers when producing round pipes. This dual-functionality significantly reduces roller costs and increases overall productivity. The integration of our proprietary ZTF technology into this tube mill further enhances efficiency by allowing for full automatic adjustment of roller positions. This minimizes or eliminates the need for manual adjustments, leading to reduced labor, maintenance costs, and potential safety hazards. Our tube mill, with its round-to-square capability and ZTF technology, offers a streamlined and highly efficient solution for both square and round pipe production.
