Steel Tube Straightening Machine for Pipe Making Machine
During pipe making, it can resolve head-tail bends, eliminate slight ovality, remove oxidized iron surface sheet. It adopts vertical frame structure, composed of the upper and the lower pedestal, column, press-down worm gear box, the upper and lower roller seat, straightening rollers, driving motor, gear box, transmission shaft, straightening roller adjustment device etc.

1.Machines comprise of six / ten work rolls arranged in pairs
2.Rolls quickly and easily adjustable angularity to give perfect contact between the tube and the roll, over the maximum effective roll profile
3.Simple setting of the machine for different sizes of tubes
4.All rolls driven by two identical electric motors
5.Machines fitted with indicators for vertical and angular setting of rolls
6.Machines available in Single Speed and Variable Speed Options
